Just the bladder if you mean one of the portable ones they use on hospital wards.

An ultrasound scan of your abdomen would obviously show more.

Ultrasound would show surrounding areas normally.

In what context?

A "bladder scan" by a bladder scanner device shows volume of urine in the bladder.

An ultrasound urinary tracts shows kidneys, ureters, bladder.
