Oh no. That's very sad, I am surprised he was 92 I though him much younger than that.

Aw that’s sad. A great age though

HadEnoughOfBears · 04/11/2021 20:36

So sad.
Lionel Blair and Una Stubbs both this year, I grew up watching them as team captains on 'Give Us A Clue'

MissAmbrosia · 04/11/2021 20:37

I didn't realize he was still going either. It's sad to hear though.

Longdistance · 04/11/2021 20:38

Used to love ‘Give us a Clue’. ‘Name that tune in one’. My dh thought he’d died ages ago too.

LeekChic · 04/11/2021 20:39

Wasn't he photographed getting his vaccine earlier this year?

Can't believe it's so soon after Una Stubbs, loved watching them.

HerBigChance · 04/11/2021 20:39

Awww, I used to love Give Us A Clue

NiceGerbil · 04/11/2021 20:40

@SisterJude

Blimey I thought he'd died ages ago Shock
So did I. I remember having the same reaction when Des O Connor died as I was sure he already had as well.

He was actually very funny on Celebrity Big Brother, quite rude swearing and talking dirty on occasion.

Hen2018 · 04/11/2021 20:44

I remember he saved someone from attempting suicide off a pier - with Alan Carr.

Sparklingbrook · 04/11/2021 20:45

He was 85 when he went on Celebrity Big Brother, I had no idea.

BiscoffAddict · 04/11/2021 20:49

@Hen2018

That’s the most random thing I’ve ever heard!
KissedintheDark · 04/11/2021 20:52

Ahh, that's sad - he was an old school entertainer. A lovely man.

earsup · 05/11/2021 21:30

TSSDNCOP · 05/11/2021 21:43
