Advice needed || Bonus situation at work, was treated badly last year

I am leaving company March last year. Not what I wanted to do but they simply left me no other choice.

However, last year I have been working extreme hours to the point where it damaged my health because we were understaffed. However, during my year end review my manager did not take that into consideration and gave me a worse rating. I feel I was treated unequally there.

Las year I just decided to get on with it in order not to damage relationship. However, I feel so bad about it that I would like to do something about it before I leave the company.

I suppose out of all of this I want a fair bonus/contribution this year so that it covers the efforts I put it for last year.

Is there anything that can be done about this? Is there a point of raising anything at all. Advice would be very much helpful

I think it would be a waste of your time and effort. If you weren't happy, you should have raised a grievance at the time. If I were you I'd walk away with my head held high and be relieved to be out of there...

@LordEmsworth thanks for that. It makes sense. Otherwise it's just a waste of energy
