Not sure if I'm missing a trick here but how should I save details to my bank & savings account so that DH for example could access everything?

Should I compile it on a spreadsheet but surely that could be hacked?

Paper but what happens if that gets lost?

There’s a good programme called LastPass for storing passwords etc that you can use jointly, or you can designate someone to be allowed access if something happens to you (they can request access which is granted if you do not deny the request within 24 hrs).
