Christmas ideas - 10 and 8

My kids are grown up now. I need some ideas for presents for two girls aged 8 and 10. Around £15 mark each. I don't know them well but I don't think there's any specific hobbies they are into yet.

I got them colouring sets last year, so not that, but any ideas welcome. Thanks.

Primark vouchers my 7 & 9 yo girls would love these to buy what they want.

Unless you know exactly what they are into I’d go vouchers.

If not maybe try something Harry Potter themed, there is loads around at this time of year.

Tie dye craft sets with a couple of plain white t shirts.

Lego

Some stationery stuff from Smiggle

My eight year old here suggests giant soft toys. A blanket hoodie? We got some Minecraft ones. A gift card for Amazon?

DD is 8 - she likes:

  • art supplies (you can get great multipacks and tins of 36, 48 and 60 Faber Castell pencils on Amazon)
  • notebooks
  • Lego dots (there are some sets on the Argos toy promotions atm)
  • anything like fairy lights, LED lamp, clock for her room
  • stationery and letter-writing sets - Djeco have some lovely ones
  • book sets
  • hot chocolate
  • bath bomb making kits
  • crystal growing kits

Oh and definitely look at the Argos 2 for £30 promotion, not only for the Lego Fots but for craft sets etc. - but honestly I think you probably can’t go wrong with bath bomb making kits for girls this age, and there are some on Amazon for around £13 that would definitely fit the bill.

If they are into Harry Potter (my DD also is!) then try H&M or M&S for HP pyjamas, tops and hoodies. M&S had some gorgeous HP T-shirts, and chocolate Golden Snitches for £5 each.

Hama beads
Board game - Labyrinth is currently £15 on Amazon and Exploding Kittens is also around that price.
