'Hey Daddy' in playground

Is there a trend going around of boys saying 'Hey Daddy' to girls, pestering them in the playground saying this? Is it silliness or referring to something I'm unaware of?

I don't know about that, but in our school the trend is to shout PENIS as loud as you can, in class.
