Help me dress up dd1's (Halloween decoration) spider?

I stuck it up in her doorway to make her jump, and it has...several times over 🤣

I took down the few other Halloween decs we had up yesterday but she wants the spider left (even though she knows it's going to make her jump again 🤷‍♀️).

Any ideas to "dress it up" would be very welcome...I'm not feeling very imaginative today but can see the potential for this to go on a while!

It needs googly eyes! Could you cut out little shoes for it’s feet?

Excellent! I haven't got googly eyes but have got a roll of sticker eyes in my stash of random stuff. I wonder what I've got to make shoes from 🤔

(Dd is almost 15 btw, she won't be upset by the spider dressing up or anything)

Bumping in case anyone has any other ideas. He has eyes now, and I'll add shoes tomorrow. Possibly a scarf, or some "artful" fireworks on her door on Friday.

A rubber ring/umbrella/arm bands are always suggested as things Incey Wincey might need by my reception classes.

A little superhero cape.
Tiara.
Deeley boppers.
Leg warmers.
Holding things on one leg (flag, little placards, plastic fly..)

Both girls were amused by the eyes when they went upstairs 🕷👀

You could make it a "girlfriend" one day, hang her up too and then a couple of days later hang up lots of little baby spiders.

Haha emma that's excellent! I do have several of those spiders and millions of tiny plastic ones dd2 likes to scatter about the place at Halloween.

If it stays for a few weeks it could have a little Santa hat!

Ribbon round the legs made to look like dark candy canes for Xmas.

(Not relevant- years ago innocent smoothies did little woolly hats with the drinks, those hats fit perfectly on my Dementor Pop Vinyl, make him feel Christmassy )
