Mac book - what’s caused this, does anyone know?

Brightness in bottom left corner . I can only see it when the screens black . I’m a bit panicked as it’s not even a year old . It’s not been dropped at all and zero exposure to liquid . Bit panicked as I can’t afford a new one (though that might be a bit dramatic!)

could be a minor fault. Is screen working fine otherwise?

I have this on mine. Not really thought about it. I has been dropped a couple of times but it works fine so I'm not concerned.

If it's not a year old, isn't it still under warranty?

Wallywobbles · 03/11/2021 05:54

Yup if it's new it's still under warranty but don't hang around get it sorted ASAP. Apple Stores can have amazing customer service but not all of them.
