I’ve a suspected scaphoid fracture.
I’ve been splinted now over a week, pain has eased massively only returns when I take the splint off(rarely) but when I go outside in the cold the pain is worse than ever.
I try and cover up as much as possible with gloves and big coat but still aches. 🥺
Anyone else experience this?
