How can you put up fabric bunting on a wall without damaging it?

Id like to put up some bunting on DDs wall and wondered how I can go about it without damaging the walls.

We hung ours with the command mini hooks. They are small, clear plastic and nearly invisible. Need three to carry the weight of 2m of small flag bunting.
