Pillow sprays for sleep

I'm torn between This Works and one called Feather and Down I spotted on Amazon. I fancy trying a pillow spray to help with sleep at night. Does anybody use and recommend one? Thanks!

I use the This Works one and it definitely helps me - I'm a chronic insomniac though, so I would say it helps me fall asleep quicker, but doesn't work when I wake in the small hours and can't get back to sleep....

I like This Works pillow spray very much, but the Neom one is even nicer. Can’t say whether or not they actually help me sleep, but at least my early morning wakenings are fragrant…

I prefer Champneys one.
This Works was too strong for me.

I use the feather and down one along with the body butter, it seems to help me get off to sleep.

I’ve used both and think they both work well.

I like the L’Occitane pillow mist, the This Works was too intense for me. I didn’t mind the white company one but wouldn’t repurchase.

I'm not sure any of them work, but Love Boo sleep and snuggle pillow and room spray helps me relax into another night of insomnia!

We have this one. It’s nice.

Avon do a lovely one with a matching shower gel and body lotion.

I buy the Avon one, have tried others but find it works the best and smells the nicest.

Neals Yard one is nice as is This Works.

I prefer the L’occitane pillow mist to the This Works one.

I have both of these brands This works is the best IMHO but The Feather & Black one is pleasantly good given the price point.

I use Made By Coopers pillow sleep spray (sleepy head)

I love the this works one. I also really like the temple spa repose moisturiser- that before bed smells so good (if you want extra products to help with sleep!)

Feather and down smells amazing, I love their shower cream too
I figured even if it didn't work I could at least have insomnia in a wave of nice scent

I highly recommend Neom...

And, if like me, you have the candles or essential oils in a burner along with the Reed diffuser, it’s heavenly!
