We're looking at a house that has a conservatory (one with an Insulated and tiled roof) but it has been built onto the neighbouring extention. So one of the walls is the same wall as the extension next door.
All done with neighbours agreement and a party wall agreement etc. Been up 5 years.
I asked what happens if the neighbours decided to pull their extension Down but am being told the party wall agreement means its ok
