Short board games

Any ideas of board games for Christmas that don't last long. I'm thinking connect 4 type, where there's a quick winner, reset, go again rather than monopoly, game of life type games that go on for a while.

Was just discussing this on another thread - Fluxx is good (so many versions, pick one that suits your own interests) or Port Royal. Both super fast to set up too so all the time is spent playing.

Also the smaller Ticket to Ride versions - not the big main gaime, but e.g. Amsterdam

Not quite a board game, but Hive.
Monopoly deal.

Guess who. Uno.

For how many people? Shut the box, a dice game and card games we're big hits in our house over lockdown. Ludo/ frustration

Azul, Monopoly Deal, Exploding Kittens, or Bananagrams, though technically only one is a board game.

I bought the fill ticket to ride Europe last year and we couldn't figure it out. We are not usually that dim.

It is quite a simple game!! But the routes can be hard to get your head around I suppose.

Don't bother with a small version if you didn;t get on with the big one as they are no eaiser, just quicker.

Kingdomino, good for 2 or 4 players. Patchwork for 2 players.

Labyrinthe and Azul are both good.

If you didn't understand ticket to ride look for a YouTube how to. I often do that for new games I don't understand.

Tsuro is nice and easy and quick.

Genius square is good for 2 players.

Chameleon is a great game and very quick.
