I used to live in South Korea. Regularly got sent magazines, chocolate, tea bags, marmite. What are you trying to send?

MrsLargeEmbodied · 01/11/2021 19:24

i was also thinking of sending a kindle.

Sent my db clothes, shoes and food when he lived in South korea. Never had any problems.

The kindle I’m not sure as I think you run the risk of having to pay duty on that if it gets pulled up in customs.

The other stuff I can’t see a problem with.

Kindle may be a no no due to lithium batteries in airplane holds.

Have you considered buying a kindle from a Korean site and having it sent to their house?

MrsLargeEmbodied · 01/11/2021 19:52

thank you.
yes it is the lithium batteries
