Is this an acceptable answer to an interview question?

I have to find a new job, simply because I’m moving house and won’t be able to continue in my present job. I love this job but have no option but to move house.

I have an interview for a new job. If I get asked why I’m leaving my current job, is it ok to say that it’s only because I’m moving?

I’m looking for a new job as I’m moving areas, but I’m applying for this job in particular because I’m impressed with X, Y and Z, and I’m excited about the fabulous opportunity it presents.

it would only concern me if you were likely to move again....ie moved every few months for example. So if you have currently been in the same place for a long time i would also drop that in
