How to send matb1 to universal credit.

Hi UC have asked to see matb1 form when I'm 20 weeks. I have got it but no idea how I show them or where I send it. Asked numerous times and get ignored.

I never sent mine in, I spoke to my workcoach and she said due to covid I couldn't go into a center. Now that things have opened up you may need to take it in to the center to be copied. Take a photo of it so you have a copy x
