My condenser dryer stinks of damp when I use it.

Any ideas why and how to stop it please?

Try cleaning the filter and cleaning the condenser unit. Probably mostly the condenser unit. Mine does this too sometimes, and there is lint in the condenser unit that causes the smell.

Thanks I'll try that

Do you always leave the door open when not in use ?

EverybodyScream · 01/11/2021 14:52

No I never leave it open. Should I?

Yes, leave it open so the air gets to it, stops it stinking and also wipe around the door to remove any moisture. Just make sure to check inside it if you have cats ( or small children) as I often found my cat sleeping in it Blush
