Nice weekend away

Looking for any recommendations for a luxury long weekend away for two people, It's for a big birthday so want it to feel special and something that you wouldn't always book. Only criteria is that it is the UK, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What's your budget? If ££££ I'd say the Witchery in Edinburgh, stay and dinner. If £££ then stay elsewhere but eat there.. Make sure you book the Secret Garden, nicer than the top dining room, IMHO.
