Is there an equivalent of petite for men?

DH is short. As a result clothes don't hang properly on him. Jumpers puddle at the waist and it's not flattering. I crave a decent v neck for him. Can anyone recommend somewhere that is good for jumpers that are cut for those on the shorter side?

Thanks. He does sort out his own clothes but I thought I might buy him a jumper for Christmas and would love to find one that fits. I also tried googling but didn't have much luck so thought I'd ask for recommendations, you know on a chat board where people do that.
