Has anyone been to Ignite at Polesden Lacey?

A friend is having to isolate and so has passed on her tickets for this week. We are both NT members but checking the small print it says not transferable. Has anyone been and did they check that the names on the ticket matched the names on the membership card? May be moot as looks likely to be washed out anyway . . .

I looked at the site, looks like they will refund your friend or transfer her tickets to next year if she’s been told to isolate, so it might be easier for your friend to do that and you purchase tickets in your own name. Looks like you have to book a parking space which is free for national trust members. Non members have to pay for parking which also has to be booked. Does the ignite ticket have the parking on it? I think the problem with national trust is some of the volunteers can be quite jobsworthy, so it might be an issue if it says the tickets aren’t transferable.

Thanks, sadly they've already had to shift then once so they can't shift them again. We're members too so can show a valid card.

Thanks for the reply

Yes have been and no ID check - they just blip the barcode on the ticket. It’s brightening up here now but wear wellies!
