I bought annual membership for Hampton Court palace on Friday (yesterday) with the Hope of being able to go tomorrow for the last of the half term Halloween activities.
Didn’t realise that I would need my membership number to log in to book in advance the time slot.
I emailed the membership email but the office is only open mon- fri as it’s the telephone number.
So my question is anyone who has had membership can you attend on the day and book a slot with your membership for a future slot on that day? The website says if you have bought membership and don’t have your number you can turn up with your proof of purchase. Presumably this was written before COVID.
We live over an Hour away so don’t want to have a wasted journey if we cannot get in.
