Anybody on here going to COP 26?

Is anyone on here involved in COP 26 in Glasgow? As a protestor / scientist / lobbyist / government or industry or charity rep? I’m interested to know what’s happening on the ground as well as the headlines.

What do you hope to achieve in your area of interest and how optimistic are you?

Im not but i live in Glasgow and have seen lots of organising for this.

My boss is going (and half the company it seems like) I think for a lot of organisations its having a profile and making connections.

What industry do you work in ? True, informal networking is a big part of all these events, at not something that can be replicated online.
