I'm 26 but colleagues think I'm younger

I started a new job recently, it's working in PR and my colleagues are all aged around 22-30 years old. I'm quite junior as this was a career change so I'm in an entry-level role, so a little older than others with my job title (who are around 22).

My colleagues all thought I was around 22 (even colleagues who don't know my job title to know I'm junior). I also feel much younger than 26 and I feel embarrassed saying my age as I know I come across much younger.

The colleagues I'm closest to are 29-30 and they spend a lot of time talking about going to their friends weddings or planning their own wedding and I just feel like I'm soooo far away from that stage of life even though they are only 3 years older than me.

I just feel weird. I feel like I don't have the confidence that a 26 year old should (I'm quite shy).
