Not sure if this is the right place to post but just wanted to give a heads up on something & advise you to request your maternity notes once you've had baby - it's really interesting (maybe I'm just a nerd with too much time on my hands)
I requested mine as I need a copy of a page in there (long story) but I was amazed (not quite sure why) at the amount of information in there that I wasn't aware of - as obviously I was too focused on pushing out a baby.
The notes of my observations throughout labour, notes relating to the stitching of my vagina & even a diagram haha.
Reading my labour observations was quite funny too as I was out of it for most of it..couple of times it mentioned me vomiting & towards the end when observations got more frequent it was like a countdown to DDs birth. - last few entries basically said
4.03 - head born
4.04 - body born
🥺🥺
Anyway that's me done rambling. Very interesting to look back on though.
