Heya. Just wondered if this rings true with anyone else? I've been relatively successful in shifting some weight since around Easter. Have done it slowly through IF, smaller portions and very few snacks. Dropped around a stone and want to lose another before maintaining.
I've not found it too difficult so far. However, in the last fortnight or so I've started craving what I always think of as winter comfort food - pies, crumble with custard and hot toast with lots of butter. I've managed to stay on track but just feel hungrier a lot of the time and it's more difficult. Does this time of year make anyone crave carbs/stodge more? Is it psychological or is this some sort of unconscious wish to maintain a layer of blubber to keep warm (or in case I decide to hibernate)? Is feeling hungrier in the winter a thing?
