Never ending cold support thread

Are you suffering from "the never ending cold" or "can't believe it's not Covid"? It's a bit shit, isn't it.

I've been ill for nearly 4 weeks, very up and down. Tested negative for covid 2 weeks ago, currently awaiting a delivery of LFTs and PCRs but I expect they will be negative too.

Unsure if it's one long virus or 2 or 3 in a row.

My symptoms are or have been congestion, headache, nausea, dizziness, tiredness, cough, fever and chills, mild stomach upset

Anyone else in the same boat and feel like venting? Go right ahead!

Just me then! Well. I'm miserable haha

Sorry haven't experienced this but have you been to a gp? It's seems quite a long time to be feeling so ill.

It is isn't it? Seems like a lot of people are experiencing this, anecdotally. I am going to try the GP on Monday if it's not gone by then, but IF I get through to them (big if) I suspect they will say it's "just a virus".
