As I was inspecting the damage (and collecting pieces of their light and their indicator bulb), my neighbour came out of his house to say he’d seen a DPD driver reversing in and out erratically, then heard a Big Bang. He saw him get out of the car, inspect the damage, then get back in and drive off. He didn’t get the driver’s van details.
I have been to the local neighbours and nobody had a DPD delivery. DPD themselves weren’t remotely bothered on the two phone calls I made and say they will call back in 48 hours. I don’t believe them…
Has this happened to anyone else? If I claim on my car insurance it will cost hundreds and I’ll lose my no claims bonus.
Any advice please?
