Are you trick or treating this year? Which day?

We don't have children of our own, but we like putting sweets outside the house for the local kids at Hallowe'en.

We don't know any parents, so we're not sure if there is a general consensus about whether T&T is OK this year, and whether it will be on the Sunday or the Saturday evening given Sunday is a school night.

If you're in England, what are you planning to do this year?

@EatSleepRantRepeat

I didn't mean your post was strange! I meant it felt unusual to have Halloween after school (so Monday evening) next year rather than at the weekend or contained within the half term.

Having said that - Trick or Treating any day other than Halloween is strange :)

Yes Sunday.
Around here kids do it even on a school weeknight. Normally around 5.30
