Better the devil you know or a new start (work)

So Im currently working at a retail store but had a small contract so I looked for other work, found a job at amazon and handed in my notice, the next day I was offered the role as a supervisor in another department with a full time contract.
I have said yes to the role but previously have not wanted to do this due to seeing the stress the other supervisors are under daily and the the unsociable hours. The pays about the same but I guess more predictability at amazon as my current job is always changing in one way or the other.
Anyone got any insight on amazon as an employer? (UK) as not knowing a massive amount about the role(sortation operative) I'm still very undecided. Tia

Yep, still undecided though,, it's not very detailed on there, the only downside I could see that it would be it's a bit repetitive.
I've tried to do a pros and cons list but they are very different so difficult to compare like with like.
The biggest difference is amazon is set days and shifts, whereas my current role is very varied and often last minute rota changes
