Help - M&S beauty advent calendar discount not being applied...

I'm at the checkout and it looks like I'll be charged full whack of £300 for it despite having £30plus of other things in my trolley. The info says the discount will be applied at checkout but my next step is clicking payment...anyone ordered who knows if it somehow magically won't charge me £300 after all?

What's in your basket? Does it all qualify?

It happened to me this morning, but sorted itself out when I refreshed? I'm guessing you've already tried that though? Maybe remove it and re-add?

For me it didn't show up as a discount on the item but the total price at the bottom of the page was right. (Only then I couldn't get it shipped to where I am, but that's another story!)

I had £32 worth of other items in my basket but when I checked out one of the items had become "unavailable" so I hadn't spent enough. Could be something like this? I had to go back and buy another bra

Hi - it specifically has to be clothing/home beauty etc - I bought it with some pjs and it went through, but i know a previous year (maybe 2019?) I had bought £30 of other things but didn’t qualify. Best of luck!
