Can someone help me with this please. I've recently changed to collect and pay from direct pay. They told me it would take weeks to get a payment but I've logged on and got this on my expected payments.
He used to pay monthly but now it looks like they're sending payments weekly on a Monday? Also does that mean I can actually expect a payment on the 1st or is that when it reaches them and they forward it on to me a while later? I've so many questions. I've rang them and they tell me something different each time I speak to someone so I was hoping someone with experience of collect and pay on here might be able to help.
It also says my last payment was the 25th October. I haven't received that. I've raised a query in my messages about that one though.
If anyone can advise about whether I should get excited about a payment on the 1st November or not that would be great, thank you!
