Covid Antibodies test

I have a covid antibodies test to do and have just been reading the instructions. I am surprised at how complex the instructions seem. Is it easy when you actually do it?

Break it down into steps. From memory it’s (I think!)

Wash & dry
Wipe
Lancet
Wipe first blood away
Squeeze & collect sample
Press to stop bleed
Lid on & Invert tube to mix
Clean & apply plaster
Apply label etc etc

Just read it over a few times until it’s clear in your head before you start. It looks more complicated than it is.
