Pandora open bracelet for xmas present, sizing help

My 21 year old daughter is big on silver jewellery and looking at pandora bracelets. I measured her wrist and its between 16 and 17 cm, what size would i need, im buying some charms to go along with it.

Go for the 19, as the charms she puts on it will make it smaller IYSWIM

Yes definitely the 19. My DD 14 has a very slim wrist and measured at 16 but was advised to get larger size due to the charms. Might have been 18 but any way it was a couple of sizes larger
