Me and ex were ordered to go to mediation over child contact. We came to an agreement, solicitor wrote up an agreement with what we agreed through mediation and sent it off to the court for it to get 'stamped'
Fast forward 2 weeks, I get an email from Cafcass to say they'd like me to confirm my email/phone/dob. I'm just lost as I thought now that we have come to an agreement through Mediation, we won't need to go through the whole cafcass thing?
