Can anyone explain this pay scale to me please?

I'm thinking of applying for an admin job in a school and, at the risk of sounding like a dimwit, I don't understand the pay scale. The role is advertised as NJC Level 4C, Point 16. I have googled to see if I can find some kind of list/scale that I can see roughly what this salary is, but I can't see anything up to date or easy to understand.

Can anyone help please?

@RJnomore1 thank you. I can see that the '16' is just over £24K but what does the 4C mean? The 16 is beside the Scale 5? Am I being really thick? (please don't answer that ).

I think wherever you are applying to are using a different grade scale so they have their own levels but the points remain the same. If that makes sense. Eg I work for a scottish local authority, a level 13 post in one is equal to a grade 4 level 2 in another And uses the same scale points.
