Tesco - favourites all disappeared

GoodnightGrandma · 25/10/2021 17:42

Had no replies on shopping, so I’ll put it here.
Went on Tesco today to book a slot and my favourites have completely disappeared . I’m assuming it’s to do with the hack, and I’ve had no reply from letting them know on Messenger.
Anyone else ?

Yes! I tried on my phone last night and then went onto my laptop this morning just to make sure - no favourites and no usuals. Can I complain to them when I forget half of what I normally order?

Onthegrid · 25/10/2021 17:52

Same here, so I just cancelled my slot for tomorrow as I can’t be arsed to work out what I need.

Muchmorethan · 25/10/2021 17:56

I went on previous orders and got my items from there

Yiayoula · 25/10/2021 17:57

Same here, and also nothing showing in the Special Offers section on the home page of the mobile app.
Hopefully it’s still early doors after what must have been a sizeable hack.
Just relieved to have been able to book a slot at the moment !

IntemperateSpirits · 25/10/2021 17:59

I'm just glad i was able to edit my order before it comes.

Usually I populate my basket from an old order anyway.

Kleby · 25/10/2021 22:58

Same here, no favourites or usuals, I hope we get it back...spent years building up the list, can't go back to thinking about what i need and searching for it 😞

Teenagers2grownups0 · 25/10/2021 23:08

Same here.
Couldn’t edit my order before it came this morning. I now have plenty of milk and prosecco but no food Grin

ASimpleLobsterHat · 25/10/2021 23:12

Same here. But I don’t need to finalise the order until Wednesday so I’m hoping they will have fixed it by then - I find the online shop annoying enough with a list of favourites, without one it might be quicker to go to the supermarket

PeachesPumpkin · 25/10/2021 23:16

Thanks for this - I have just checked and my next 2 booked delivery slots have gone as have all my favourites.
I have managed to get a click and collect space instead.

Can't you just look at your old orders or go through your fridge/cupboards and see what's not there,

It not a companies responsibility to remember what shopping you need.

Favourites is working for me on the app and my usuals are also there. However it is struggling with showing me all the offers.

GoodnightGrandma · 26/10/2021 07:05

My favourites are back now 🥳🥳🥳

Moronpolice You are a bit harsh, and the name calling is not necessary really is it? Are you that offensive to people in reality?

GoodnightGrandma · 26/10/2021 07:36

It is Tesco’s responsibility as they provide this service, and many people pay for this service.

same for me

MrsLargeEmbodied · 26/10/2021 07:44

ItsSnowJokes · 26/10/2021 07:44

My favourites had disappeared yesterday but are back today.

thegcatsmother · 26/10/2021 08:03

It might be @GoodnightGrandma, but the expletive used at a PP was unnecessarily rude.

I’m not getting into that. I never mentioned.

Forgot that I need to put lighthearted in anything posted on here. Of course it isn't Tesco's responsibility but it is a useful function that they themselves provided to make life easier.
