Feel so tired and flat after a bereavement

It was my mother in law. I was close to her

I'm normally an energetic, positive go getter. I just want to lie around and I have zero motivation

Will I get my oomph back?

I lost my lovely mother in April and I feel exactly as you do I have no idea what to do with myself just feel so lost.

I lost my amazing mum 4 weeks ago, she was truly my everything.

I do nothing but sit and cry and sleep, my house is an utter shit hole, my husband works but trying to keep up.

I feel very guilty but right now i have nothing.
