How do I hide a board?

Assuming you're on the website: Next to 'Talk' at the top of the page there's a drop-down arrow. From that, go into 'Customise', scroll to the bottom and it'll give you the option to hide topics you don't want to see.

I'd love to know which board you all think it is. As this is MN and I'm in a definite minority, I'll leave you all guessing. No it's not Covid.

Maybe I'm missing the point but why do you need to hide the board. Can't you just avoid it / not go on it?

I avoid about 95% of the boards on here without even trying.

I want to hide a board too, I agree with the majority on there but just seeing the thread titles is massively stressful and depressing for me. I feel helpless and don't want to hear any more about it.

I've tried using the desktop version but still can't see how to hide a board?

So apparently you have to switch to desktop site to hide a board. Does anyone know how to do that on a phone? I thought it was enough just to open Mumsnet outside the app but no.

Ooh!! I'm glad you've asked this. As someone struggling with secondary infertility for 4 years I'd bloody love to hide the pregnancy board. The "can you see a line?" posts feel like being punched in the gut every time! And for some stupid reason I often click on them
