Flask lunch ideas

My Dd takes a flask to school on packed lunches.

Except soup and Heinz macaroni cheese I'm running out of ideas for her.

She prefers to have a packed lunch and I prefer to give her one but I still want her to have something hot.

What suggestions have people got to stop it just being a bit repetitive for her.

How old is she and why does she need something warm? Neither of those options are suitably filling or nutritious. Soups can be a nice addition on a cold day but not as the main event.

Pretty much any pasta dish, farfalle or penne both easy to eat with just a fork, basic tomato, garlic sauce with tuna, bacon, chicken with sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms or a cheese sauce.

Left over casserole with mash.
Mash potato beans and cheese (easier to eat than jacket)
Roasted veg and chickpeas with cous cous.
Leftover cottage pie.

What about something warm to put into a sandwich / wrap / roll? Like warm chicken, or sausages, meatballs, or falafels. You can add the salad/veg etc to the roll and put the warm filling in the flask so she can assemble it at school.

Home made soup and something on the side lile crackers/crispbread or a sandwich.

Ragu is a good one too with pasta or broccoli. There are loads of different pasta sauces you could do.
