Measles?

DC 8 has this rash on his tummy and on his bottom too, has been snotty and coughy in last few days so ties in with symptoms - had all jabs etc....

Doesn't look or sound like measles
What age are they?
Could be the start of hand foot and mouth maybe

My daughter started with a cold and a rash that started like this and eventually covered body it was a viral rash. I would get an appointment just to check them out to be safe

Lots of it going about unfortunately 😕
