Advice please

Hi, everyone

I'm getting a tablecloth for this table I'm not sure if l need a rectangle or oblong shaped tablecloth.

Also if anyone could tell me, can l use a rectangle tablecloth on a oblong table.

This is my first home, so being very fussy!!

A rectangle is an oblong! I think you mean oval.

You could use a rectangular tablecloth on an oval table but the part that drapes down the sides will be uneven, the corners will be much lower.

If you buy a rectangle one you could trim the corners so they don't hang down so much
