Does anyone on here use giff-gaff?

I've just switched to Giffgaff from 02.
I have an iPhone.
I used to be able to see a list of people (along with their contact details) who had left me a voicemail when I was with 02, now it's blank so I can't choose to listen to a voicemail out of sequence as with giff gaff I can't (see photo)
I've asked online and googled - but does this feature just not exist with giffgaff?
I think I'm going to have to go back to over paying with 02 because I need this service

I'm with GiffGaff & I get that screen with voicemail too.

I'm certain though that there did used to be a list like you described. I think it might have changed after the last iOS update.
