I've just found a few lovely nits in my daughters hair. First timer!
What's the best nit treatment?

Nits are egg cases. Was it lice you found?
Try something like hedrin as it suffocates them. You should repeat after 7 days and then 7 days later too. Or use conditioner and a lice comb

I used hedrin with my dd like pp said apply again after 7 days. I also use conditioner and a nit comb ontop of this. The eggs are harder to get as they stick to the hair so give it a thorough check and wipe any eggs/nits on a tissue before combing again.
