Dd will not sleep in her cot no matter what I try! She has been like this pretty much since day 1. She will only sleep in our bed right next to me. Me and dh are so exhausted because of lack of room. For someone so little she takes up so much room lol. She sleeps well in our bed when it’s just me and her because she has room to move about but can still be close to me but when dh is there she gets unsettled because she has no room. So it’s either we are all unsettled with no room or she screams in her cot all night.
Last night I tried to sleep in her room on an air mattress so I could try to settle her and put her back each time she woke up. She cried relentlessly every time I tried to put her down. I gave up after a few hours and she came in the bed with me.
Feeling so drained today and dh had the audacity to be grumpy this morning even though he got a full nights sleep.
Will try again tonight sleeping on the air mattress and putting her back. Not sure how much I can take, 9 months of sleep deprivation is really taking it’s toll.
Looking for any advice/ just needed to have a good rant.
