Help needed in How to interview someone.

I have posted this under the work thread as well.
I help run a social club and have been using a few volunteers.
We have 2 permanent Barpersons and are now in the position to get more paid staff.
It's only in the evenings and occasionally during the day for funerals.
Next week we are interviewing 2 people (female and male).
Hopefully they are both suitable. On their CV they seem just what we are looking for.
But we need advice on what we can or should ask as we have never interviewed before.

What you want to gain from the interview is a little snapshot of their personality and lifestyle.

Find out why they want to work there...are they looking for more hours or fewer? If they have previous bar experience, what did they enjoy about it most?

You can also ask things like "How would you deal with someone who had too much to drink and was getting bothersome?"

Ask about their experience with cash handling and with supervising...that might be useful in the future.

Ask why they think they'd be a good fit....

Just a note, you cannot ask them about their personal lives in any way. No questions about if they have children or whether they have a partner or similar.

Could you look on Indeed or somewhere like that for ‘model interview answers’ as it will tell you not only what to ask but what you should be looking out for.
