Can anyone recommend exercise videos for a fussy person?

I don’t like American fitness trainers, sorry they’re just too peppy Blush (yes I am a bit like Sister Michael irl).

I also don’t like pumping music in between the exercises. If I want music I’ll play my own.

Any recommendations?!

What sort of exercise do you want to do? Cardio? Yoga? Weights?

SisterMichael · 20/10/2021 21:28

Sorry I should have said that bit! Toning and cardio - like glutes and abs. I have some little weights for arms. That kind of thing. Thank you.

Joe Wicks?

Fitness Blender don’t have music but they are American. They’re not at all peppy though - I like them because they’re often visibly knackered which makes me feel better.

Natacha Oceane on YouTube does no noise workouts
I like Heather Robertson as she doesn’t talk but there is music (maybe you could mute and play your own music?)

I like Growwithjo. She’s American and is quite preppy during the intros but she doesn’t speak during the workouts themselves. She does toning and cardio. I like Caroline Girvan for weights.

Thank you I will have a look at these.

They are American, but try Fitness Blender- I don't finid them peppy at all, they just focus on the workout.

I got fantastic results from following the PE with Jo Wicks videos during the first lockdown, some of the moves are obviously tailored to appeal to children e.g. shooting webs when doing "Spiderman lunges" but the workouts were easy to follow and adapt l and they built up week by week.
