Spa recommendations please! For a day visit

I'll be in Bournemouth next week with a free day and could really do with some pampering. Priorities are sauna, head massage and facial.

So any recommendations in the Bournemouth area would be much appreciated. Alternatively somewhere vaguely along the M3 route up to the M25 would work...

Finally if you've had an outstanding spa day anywhere in the South/South East please let me know!

I am at the opp end of the country to you but if you have a centerparcs near you their spas are the best as lots of rooms and spaces to relax.

Chewton Glen or Limewood both within 30 mins of Bournemouth both are fabulous

Limewood near Lyndhurst - just amazing (but expensive)

Thanks very much - they look amazing but sadly fully booked... I suspect it's too short notice for many...

SenSpa in the New forest? I think the hotel it's in is called Carey's manor.
