Chocolate for chocolate fountain

Can anyone recommend what kind of chocolate to get for a chocolate fountain please? Milk chocolate.

This one. You will get it on amazon. Its amazing. We end up eating it straight from the bag sometimes. Infact ds13 requested a bag for his birthday, just to eat solid 🤣

How long is the date on these? It's a Christmas present so don't want to buy too soon.

It's about cocoa butter level. I use fine carre brand from lidl its blue wrap milk chocolate. It has a high cocoa butter content. I melt it in the microwave first. It works really well.
