I don't feel in a very good place at the moment; a few things have got the better of me and a few people have let me down. I just feel unhappy, and like I've lost a little bit on control. I've got a few specific anxieties that I can talk to my husband about, and he's generally supportive, but he's a bit useless at the vague "I'm not happy". I feel like I need a therapist to help me break down what's causing my unhappy feelings and what I can do about it. But god knows how you find a decent therapist.
I just wondered what others did during these darker times. Who do you talk to? Who/what do you find helpful?
