I received this message this morning
I have not had any tests for this !
If my other half saw this message wtf would he think?

Sorry just tried to add a photo but it won't let me. It was a message from nhs no reply saying your test for syphillis on 28/03/21 was negative

Any number or link with the text? If so, they’re probably hoping you call/click and fall for some type of scam.

Just don't reply and delete either someone has put an incorrect number when doing the test or its a scam.

If no link then probably a case if mistyped phone number

I think the gp surgery could of mucked up it has happened here where they texted neighbour for our Covid jab, so it does happen. It was a automated system apparently. However I really can't see anyone texting such sensitive information from a doctors. Or it's a click able scam thing.

Given the date on it, it’s a scam. Just delete and block

Have you looked at the email address? Does it look official?

You can pay to get these texts sent to people. (Not that I think it's a nice thing to do.)

STI test results can be sent by text if negative.

My ds recently got a clear sti test via text..
It said something like :
Lydia says all is well...
They don't write specifics via text...

Because he could quite easily assume id been sneaking off getting tests done!
